Product Introduction
OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES
The inductive electromagnetic stirring device generates a magnetic field based on the electromagnetic induction principle to act on molten aluminum and drive the molten liquid to move regularly. Low-frequency current is applied to the inductor, the core component of the electromagnetic stirrer, to form an alternating traveling wave magnetic field. The molten liquid generates induced potential and current under the action of the magnetic field. The induced current interacts with the magnetic field to produce electromagnetic force, driving the regular movement of molten liquid to realize stirring. The stirring direction and intensity of molten liquid can be effectively adjusted by changing the direction and strength of the traveling wave magnetic field.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
1. Eliminate the need for pure water cooling devices and auxiliary pipelines
2. Simplify the overall system composition
3. The water-free design of the air-cooled inductor ensures higher safety and completely avoids furnace bottom water leakage.
4. Prevent pipeline freezing in winter which may cause equipment shutdown, with simple daily maintenance.
