Product Introduction

PRODUCT APPLICATION ADVANTAGES
1. Electromagnetic stirring accelerates heat release and changes melt flow patterns, effectively inhibiting columnar crystal growth and refining grains into equiaxed structures. It optimizes precipitate morphology, reduces macro and micro segregation, increases crystal nuclei and uniformizes temperature, enhancing grain refinement effect in a large solidification range. Stirring during crystallization brings more significant optimization effects. The relative deviation of chemical composition of the whole furnace melt can be controlled within 10%.
